1 Introduction & Acceptance

You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ktk66 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ৳200 per month to the balance of an inactive account, provided the account balance is greater than zero. The Player will receive prior email notification before any inactivity fee is applied. An account with a zero balance may be closed after 12 months of inactivity without further notice.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ktk66 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to completed KYC verification) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Accounts subject to an active investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violation may be suspended rather than immediately closed until the investigation concludes.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6 Gaming Rules & Conduct

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

ktk66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if you are found to be in material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to: fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, money laundering activity, match-fixing involvement, or repeated violations of the Platform's conduct standards. In the event of termination for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance, after deduction of applicable amounts, will be returned subject to completed KYC verification.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which ktk66 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits ktk66's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
